Partner Operation Lead

Work model: Hybrid - 3 days/week from the office

The Partner Operation Lead plays a key role in the execution of imagery collection projects. This position serves as a critical link between internal teams, external partners, and the client, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of imagery, from initial collection through to final output. In this position, you will be responsible for the effective and successful management of partners, resource productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established by the program to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support partners' operations.
  • Review partners' performances based on the forecast.
  • Work directly with contracted partners responsible for imagery collection, ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated, and efficient working process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the rapid identification and resolution of any technical issues encountered by partners during the imagery collection process, liaising with internal technical teams as needed.
  • Perform rigorous quality control checks on collected imagery to ensure adherence to predefined quality standards and specifications.
  • Engage directly with clients, providing regular updates, progress reports, and insightful analysis on project status and imagery quality.
  • Actively participate in both client-facing and partner-facing meetings, representing the company, sharing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Adhere to the established SLAs and actively participate in the reporting of all such.
  • Acts as a POC for project and operationally related information.
  • Works closely with the PgM to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language proficiency min. C1 /C2,
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or quality assurance roles, preferably within geospatial, mapping, or data collection industries.
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively,
  • Strong interest in technology related to imagery and understanding of related hardware,
  • Proficient computer skills,
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills,
  • Flexibility in accepting changes in processes and programs,
  • Nice to have practical knowledge in Power BI and SQL.
