About the role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the FP&A team, collaborating with Tech Services and ISL CFO team, and Operational Senior leaders. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning. As a team of self-starters, you can work with impact with our vibrant people and culture all while enjoying unmatched learning opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to our business
- Provide direct support to the FP&A Lead for the respective unit on financial planning, financial analysis, reporting, and deal shaping
- Consolidated analysis of monthly budget vs. actual,
- Development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) that track and monitor progress of the business,
- Monthly/quarterly forecasting
- Reporting/analysis of portfolio projects.

Work model –
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Richmond, VA.
