REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimal Education Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate / Doctorate degree in Life sciences / Science / Health care / Pharmacy / Medical sciences or equivalent degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of total PV experience of which minimum 1 year of experience in handling teams (for external hires
  • Fluency in English and German

DESCRIPTION

§ Responsible for day-to-day work

§ Tracking of activities on a daily basis for the project

§ Timely reporting of Metrics and updating related quality tools/ trackers for deliverables

§ Setting performance goals for the team

§ Ensure appropriate distribution of work among direct reports

§ Ensure proper communication with client (as applicable)

§ Ensure completion of training plan for all direct reports

§ Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per contractual agreement

§ Perform annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback to the team

§ Reporting to their supervisor on performance, status and any escalations for the team

§ Responsible for motivation and retention of the team

§ Communication of Resource issues / Resignations / Absconder to supervisor

§ Managing assessment and development of team members

§ Ensure Audit readiness at all times

§ Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures for self and team

§ Ensuring training compliance and proper documentation is maintained in line with Global Training Plan (GTP) / Global Training Transcript (GTT) for self and team

§ Lead / guide associates in process improvement initiatives in agreement with Client
