After my math’s studies at the university, most of my female classmates went for a career as schoolteacher. Thus, the fact that now I’m mostly surrounded by men in a tech industry is just statistically consistent. It’s up to us changing this: let ‘s step into tech studies, let ‘s encourage young women to do so, let’s stop creating our diversity.

I firmly believe that everyone everywhere can inspire inclusion, by celebrating and supporting women in their diversity. So today, and every day, join us in honoring the women who inspire us every day and make a difference by creating a more inclusive world for them.

As a female HR leader in the tech industry, diversity and inclusion are not just corporate words to me—they are personal. I believe in creating an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, race, or background, feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.

In my last 15 years of cognizant span, I have been very lucky to work with many encouraging managers and leaders with unbiased view on talent and opportunities. I look forward to having the same experience for others where such community of leaders constitute more women onboard.
