At Cognizant, we give everyone the chance to be part of the change. We have quarterly roundtables with our Country Manager to give everyone the opportunity to network and talk about the day-to-day basics and our business.

Outreach engagements

We take the time to give back to the community and learn new skills. That is why our team volunteered to become firefighters to support our initiative to make our offices a safe and healthy space.
