Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow Secops ServiceNow GRC ServiceNow and ServiceNow Discovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in English. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITAM solutions to optimize asset management processes.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow Secops to enhance security operations and incident response.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management across the organization.
  • Manage ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct ServiceNow Discovery to identify and map IT assets and dependencies within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow tools.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow implementations and configurations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow Secops ServiceNow GRC ServiceNow and ServiceNow Discovery.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Show proficiency in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid work model.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Asset Management Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC
