Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM support engineer AEM system engineer AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM Authoring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

Expertise of Adobe Experience Manager AEMaaCS.

Experience with AEM Core Components and building AEM custom components from scratch

Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java Sling OSCI services Servlets HTL HTML Template Language

hands on experience in integrating AEM with various third party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods

Experience in configuring AEM settings permissions and workflows based on project needs and best practices

Knowledge and preferably experience in AEM performance key actors and possible bottlenecks

Team player who work closely with cross functional teams including front end and back end developers to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions

Can do and proactive attitude

  • Play senior developer role in BE track.
  • Ensure high quality BE deliverables zero defect

    Follow best practices and processes

    Great understanding needed about APIs integrations with AEM components.

    Support other developers if they are having problems. Mentor juniors.

    Analysis of problems troubleshooting

  • Lead the development and maintenance of AEM-based applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
  • Oversee the integration of AEM with other systems and applications to enhance functionality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement AEM components templates and workflows to streamline content management processes.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AEM solutions.
  • Author and manage content within AEM to ensure it meets business requirements and standards.
  • Implement user access and identity management protocols to ensure secure and efficient access to AEM systems.
  • Support IT business operations by providing technical expertise and solutions for AEM-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain the integrity and performance of AEM applications.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior developers and team members on AEM best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AEM solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address potential issues proactively.

  • Should possess strong knowledge of user access and identity management protocols.
  • Must have experience in IT business support and IT security practices.
  • Should be proficient in developing and implementing AEM components templates and workflows.
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and addressing system performance issues.
  • Should have experience in conducting system audits and updates.
  • Must be able to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
  • Should have the ability to ensure compliance with IT security standards.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.
