Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our companys success and make a positive impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Prior 2 plus BA experience related to AEM technology is mandatory

    Prior 5 plus years of BA experience is mandatory

    Possess a solid technical understanding of web development and web application integrations

    Understand the core concepts of web technology multilayered software architecture HTTP CSS JavaScript

    Able to translate business requirements to technical requirements

    Ability to define detailed functional and technical specifications and develop use cases flow diagrams and wireframes

    Ability to read and consult the client and help him understand its own business needs

    Knowledge of task management bug tracking and wiki based documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence

    Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as web CMS analytics digital campaign management

    Lead business analyst in a technically complex project with AEM and multiple integrations.

    Client communication to capture requirements accurately

    Write user stories in ADO with all pertaining details

    Understand and flag any scope creep from client discussions

    Groom user stories with team and client

    Clarify user stories to the team as required

    drive UAT discussions to make sure that the client accepts the promised scope.

    Lead the development and maintenance of AEM-based solutions to ensure high performance and availability.

  • Oversee the implementation of AEM components templates and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support for AEM environments including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AEM with other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools to enhance content creation and management.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of AEM systems by implementing best practices and security measures.
  • Manage user access and identity management within AEM to ensure proper authorization and authentication.
  • Support IT business operations by providing technical expertise and solutions for AEM-related projects.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize AEM environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features and technologies to continuously improve the system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users and team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
