As a member of one of Cognizant’s fastest-growing consulting practices, the successful candidate must be able to integrate well and develop their leadership within a global matrixed organization, working collaboratively in agile environments with subject matter experts and technologists to develop sound enterprise architectures, technology strategies and solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Full project life cycle change or product management experience - with demonstrable knowledge of different project delivery approaches (agile, waterfall)
- Previous experience of Business Analysis/ Consultant roles in Business & Technology Transformation programmes, with clients; helping them to achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals.
- Strong experience in travel domain (preferably Aviation – Airports/Airlines & Cruises) with good understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Experience of working in digital transformation projects involving any of the Hyperscalers.
- Ability to apply a customer centric approach to the definition of minimum viable propositions, relevant acceptance criteria and feature / backlog prioritization. Additional experience in customer research welcomed.
- Recent experience of translating customer needs into EPICs, Features & well-defined user stories.
- Success in working with Product Managers/owners, UX, copy writers and engineering teams to create next generation digital customer experiences. Additional experience in product launch, customer testing and rapid innovation sprints welcome.
- Experience of working in a distributed team structure (multiple locations)
- Fair Experience in defining business architecture for different Lines of Business within the travel industry

Contribution to Development of Practice
- Contribute by identifying opportunities to grow practice by finding new resource requirements by client.
- Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development Knowledge Management Proposition or Solution Development
- Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry points of view or white papers podcasts blogs video interviews etc.
