Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Agile Methodologies Account Management Technology Salesforce Work.com and Application Modernization. The role involves managing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the implementation of Agile Methodologies to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on Account Management to optimize client interactions and business outcomes.
- Utilize Technology Skills to support and improve client systems and processes.
- Leverage Salesforce Work.com to streamline client management and enhance productivity.
- Drive Application Modernization initiatives to keep client systems up-to-date and competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to address any issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients to maintain transparency.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Agile Methodologies to drive project success.
- Demonstrate excellent Account Management Skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exhibit advanced Technology Skills to support client systems effectively.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Work.com for efficient client management.
- Show expertise in Application Modernization to keep client systems current.
- Nice to have domain skills in Finance & Accounting Supply Chain Management Sales Planning & Execution and Multi Channel.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams effectively.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
The annual base salary for this position is between $155,000 - $165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
