We are looking for a Senior Python Automation Test Engineer for our QEA Team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Python-based automation frameworks for API and UI testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and providing clear reporting on test outcomes in complex data environments.

In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Python, Pytest, and Selenium.
- Lead the automation efforts for both API and UI testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs using Python libraries (e.g., Requests).
- Utilize Pyspark for data validation and transformation within Databricks and data lakes.
- Ensure that API and UI automation test cover all required test scenarios.
- Develop and execute test strategies for complex data environments, including large datasets, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Provide/create reporting mechanisms to facilitate daily/weekly status to QE Lead/Manager on projects under test deliverables.
- Overall 8+ years of experience with Automated Testing.
- Must have 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in Pytest, Python and Selenium
- Must have the ability to code and read a Python programming language.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in API automation, UI automation.
- Must have developed test automation frameworks.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments.
- Experience with airflow, Databricks, Data lake, Pyspark.
- Knowledge and working experience in Agile methodologies.
- Experience in CI/CD/CT methodology.
- Experience in Github actions.
- Banking domain knowledge
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS (preferred) or any cloud service(acceptable).
- Familiarity testing and interacting with Data Stores (both relational and non-relational) SQL, MongoDB, Postgress
- Familiarity with Virtualization and Containerization tools and concepts.
