What you´ll do
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the workshop guidance story creation and draft.
What do we value?
This role requires a strong knowledge and experience in business and ServiceNow processes, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering successful campaign outcomes for our clients
Key Responsibilities:
· In charge of workshop guidance story creation and draft.
Necessary skills and experience required:
· Knowledge of how process interacts with ServiceNow while providing expertise in specific processes or functional domains.
· Knowledge and experience in business and ServiceNow process procedure and work instruction design management and continual improvement.
· Understanding of how process integrates and works across the enterprise.
· Skilled in process and functional best practices.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Self-motivated and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· CSA Certification
