The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead .Net Full Stack Engineer w/ React and AWS to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Location: Hartford, CT
Work Authorization

Responsibilities
- Execute various phases of software development lifecycle like analysis, design, technical writing, implementation, end to end testing and deployment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to refine, analyze and estimate business requirements.
- Build Cloud-ready applications, write automated tests and follow CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT leads, lead technical discussions and actively participate in planning releases
- Ensure all deliverables are without valid errors/warnings/violations from SonarQube/Lint Ensure all code are properly commented crisply in good English without spelling and grammatical errors.
- Ensure any deliverable to customer code, documents, emails are thoroughly reviewed internally for accuracy, hygiene etc.
- Own up the piece of code we deliver during go lives and support go lives. Participate in agile ceremonies (Estimation, stand ups, refinement, Retrospection, inspect & adapt and PI Planning
- Be vocal and fully involved in all customer connects story (effort size etc.) in the area of work concerned.
- POD experience is must and work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
Must Have Handsome & strong knowledge on below:
- 8 to 10 years of expirence
- React & .NET Core,
- Node JS,
- Java script, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
- AWS services like S3, EC2 , Lambda, MQ e.t.c
- Docker, Containerization and AWS EKS.
- JIRA, Git, Terraform, Jenkins, UCD and IaC.
Should have very good communication skill and should be able to assess and analyze work with Client independently

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
