Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an expert Architect with a proven background in SAP ISU solutions, specifically ISU modules like SAP ISU FICA, SAP ISU Device Management, and SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing, SAP C4C (Sales and Services cloud version).
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP ISU solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our utility clients.
- Supervise the integration of SAP IS Utilities to ensure seamless data exchange and system performance.
- Proficient in Regulated and De-Regulated Market utility process
- Guide in SAP IS Utilities FICA to manage financial processes and enhance billing accuracy.
- Implement and manage SAP IS Utilities Device Management to optimize the tracking and maintenance of utility devices.
- Develop and implement strategies for SAP IS Utilities Billing and Invoicing to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of SAP solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify and address potential issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SAP implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience, including strong experience in SAP IS Utilities, FICA, DM, Billing and Invoicing and C4C.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000– $244,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
