Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures for tracking IT assets in ServiceNow, maintaining an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, and ensuring compliance with asset management policies and regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure efficient asset management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • SLA Management: Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that asset management services meet or exceed agreed-upon performance standards.
  • KPI Management: Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to IT asset management. Use KPIs to measure the effectiveness of asset management processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports.
  • Experience in managing teams and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
