We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Python Developer

About the role:

We are looking for a Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Python and SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to the development and optimization of our software solutions. This role is crucial for enhancing our technical capabilities and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and SQL

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features

• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

• Help maintain code quality organization and automation

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

• Participate in the design and architecture of new software solutions

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data retrieval

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality

• Document software solutions and processes for future reference

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with at least 5 years of hands-on experience

• Experience with software development in a hybrid work model

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders

• Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications

• Understanding of database design and data modeling

• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
