The Role:

Thirdera – A Cognizant Company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialization in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis and Planning as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvements ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Create detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented as per requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals for new systems or processes.
• Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop business case scenarios that meet the real customers' needs within the scope, time, and financial frameworks.
• Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Assess the risks of various solutions and effectively communicate every scenario to the customer.
• Closely work with the QA team in understanding all possible test case scenarios.
• Perform high-level analysis to determine the feasibility and cost-benefit of a requested product solution and produce required documentation.
• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions.

To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
