Responsibilities:

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

· High Voltage Hardware experience related to HV Batteries for Automotive applications.

· Drive engineering deliverables for our HV Battery Project.

· Own and manage high voltage hardware with the supplier.

· Coordinate deliverable activity within the release team, validation team and vehicle teams.

· Coordinate designs of battery high voltage hardware for our HV Battery Projects including circuit analysis, thermal analysis, and electromechanical optimization.

Qualifications:

We expect all engineers to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. You’ll be comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll take a collaborative approach to achieve ambitious goals. Here’s what else you’ll bring:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, or combined electrical/mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.

· 3-5+ years of experience in body electrical and/or electromechanical areas and relevant automotive assignments, covering all phases of product development (design, test, and launch).

· Strong technical skills and expertise in body control systems, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.

· Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE) or direct experience in this field.

· Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
