We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Filenet Content Services FileNet Administration and FileNet Work. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to drive successful implementation and maintenance of our content management solutions. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Filenet Content Services solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of FileNet systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical expertise in FileNet Work to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective content management strategies.
- Ensure the security and integrity of content within the FileNet system.
- Develop and maintain documentation for FileNet configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet systems in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on FileNet functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FileNet technologies.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing FileNet systems and processes.
- Ensure successful deployment of FileNet solutions in a hybrid work environment.

- Must have extensive experience in Filenet Content Services to design and implement effective solutions.
- Should possess strong skills in FileNet Administration to manage and maintain system performance.
- Nice to have experience in FileNet Work to optimize business workflows.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
- Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
