Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Lead – SmartCOMM Architect to join our multinational corporation. With 8 to 12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of SmartCOMM solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across our communication platforms. This role plays a critical part in enhancing customer engagement strategies and streamlining document management processes, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business objectives while fostering technological advancement and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with SmartCOMM tools, including ATD, Draft Editor, Data Modeler, and DTA, as well as Scriptura CCM tools.
• Proficient in migrating forms from Scriptura to SmartCOMM, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Strong expertise in form design and development using SmartCOMM ATD and Web Dashboard.
• Deep understanding of Digital Forms and Process Automation, with the ability to formulate and implement a clear digital transformation strategy.
• Hands-on experience in Interactive Forms, Approval Routing, Data Workflows, Customer Communications, Native Ecosystem Integrations, and Regression Studio.
• Well-versed in SmartIQ, leveraging its capabilities for enhanced workflow management.
• Skilled in Jenkins, with proficiency in AWS IAM, S3, MQ, and pipeline management.
• Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and Python, ensuring effective software development.
• Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance, enabling industry-specific solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SmartCOMM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SmartCOMM technologies with enterprise systems.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of SmartCOMM applications through effective architecture and design principles.
• Provide expert guidance on SmartCOMM ATD, Data Modeler, and Draft Editor, supporting development teams.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of SmartCOMM configurations and customizations to maintain quality and performance.
• Drive continuous innovation by keeping up with the latest SmartCOMM features and industry trends.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to enhance team expertise in SmartCOMM technologies.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SmartCOMM architectures and processes.
• Troubleshoot complex SmartCOMM implementation issues, providing effective solutions.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation, encouraging best practices across the team.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• SMARTCOMM CERTIFICATION PREFERRED.

Salary Range: >$100,000
