Position Summary

Service line operations lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of Consulting Service line and is responsible for several critical aspects of our strategy, ensuring the realization of our growth objectives working closely with the Consulting business leaders and is a key part of a team that is responsible for effective operations & performance. Works with key stakeholders to understand the business and help determine how best to enable achievement of growth plans and targets and help structure the key business value drivers, identify key issues and risks/conclusions. Provides value through data-based insights, factual conclusions and guides the various stakeholders through the key drivers of the business unit.

Mandatory Skills

· 15+ years of experience in Delivery Management with P&L responsibility OR Core operations management.

· Deep Understanding of Finance sub-functions, financial statements, planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, organizational structure, and key responsibilities

· Data driven: Embraces data-driven decision-making and creates insight from quantitative data

· Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with multiple business units and across multiple geographies

· Leadership skills: Provides coaching and feedback for improvement, demonstrates company values and leadership model behaviours

· Stakeholder management: Ability to consult and manage multiple business stakeholders; leverages strong presence and communication skills

Roles And Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the Service Line with respect to, P&L forecasting, demand management, fulfillment, Cost of Delivery management and operational levers of Service Line.

· Support the Service Line Head and Practice leaders in annual budgeting and provide regular insight into the health of P&L by analyzing performance metrics to ensure performance goals of the Service line are met.

· Plan and manage various reviews with the Service Line head and leadership team to govern P&L and Operations metrics. Monthly review of reporting and financial levers to achieve maximum profitability and growth. Periodical presentation of performance to Executive management.

· Representing Consulting in cadence with Central Operations and disseminating the expectations / requirements within Consulting.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

· Identify and mitigate potential risks to BU’s operations and financial performance

· Work with leadership to plan new investments and set up processes for driving business outcomes and ROI tracking.

· Oversee and monitor the SGA budget, disbursement of funds and usage.

· Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support functions by suggesting improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.

· Work with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies and practices geared toward operational excellence.

· Ensure compliance with company policies. Work with account teams to consult on policy matters and act as the process champion to solve problems

· Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

Salary Range: >$100,000
