Relaunch your career with Cognizant

The decision to re-enter the workforce after an extended career break can be both exciting and challenging. We believe a pause in your career to pursue other important life callings helps you emerge stronger with a renewed sense of purpose.

Transition back into the workforce through the Cognizant Returnship Program, a 3-month paid experience for talented technology professionals who have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of prior professional working experience
  • Taken a minimum 18-months career break

This program includes upskilling, shadowing real-time projects, working with cutting-edge technology, coaching and mentoring. At the end of the program, you’ll be fast-tracked into consideration for a position with Cognizant.
