We are looking for results driven, client focused and collaborative Digital expert who can craft, lead and present solutions that help our clients transform their digital engagement interaction and achieve disruptive benefits.
This is a role within a startup-like environment where agility and ability to cope with different mindsets and topics is crucial like the capability to transfer own experience to several industries and business contexts.
You will get a chance to
- Forge relationships with Technology VP/CXO decision makers within client organization
- Map client organization, build extraordinary relationships with new business units, build a consultative sales strategy for developing new business opportunities.
- Lead (pre-)sales proposals, while influencing a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
- Lead revenue generation by scoping, structuring, and leading digital engagements
- Envision and create new opportunities within existing and new businesses
- Achieve Contract value, annual revenue & profitability target
- Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art technology trends to propose new features and provide value and innovative solutions to our customer
- Participate in the software development community in some capacity: meetups, blogs, Stack Overflow, open source projects, etc.
Requirements
- Many years of work experience in selling and delivering Custom Application based services
- Understanding of Application Portfolio Lifecycle across Build, Test and Run services
- Deep understanding and ability to talk convincingly through ideas centered around modern digital enterprises such as product centric org structures, POD-based delivery models, TDD/BDD, deep understanding of Agile and DevOps, microservices, containerization, hybrid hosting patterns, (Gen) AI & Automation
- High degree of comfort and ability to talk through approach to perform app portfolio analysis, identify candidates for cloud native journey: re-host, re-platform, re-architect etc.
- Proven results in generating opportunities at existing clients through consultative selling approach
