Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Hybris and domain expertise in Education. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Hybris implementations within the Education domain
  • Oversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders including clients team members and management
  • Ensure project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date maintaining a clear record of project activities
  • Conduct regular project status meetings providing updates on progress issues and risks to stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment promoting knowledge sharing and professional development among team members

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Hybris with hands-on experience in implementation and customization
  • Have domain expertise in the Education sector understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this industry
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills including planning scheduling and risk management
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies ensuring efficient project execution
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Display a proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address project challenges
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement seeking opportunities to enhance project processes and outcomes
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Show a high level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables
  • Have excellent English language skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
