Android Enterprise Lead (d/f/m)

Location: Germany – nationwide (hybrid)

Your knowledge of integrating with Android combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide excellent service, support and technical requirements analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and partners and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their products can reach thousands of users. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of Android Enterprise solutions by working closely with partners and customers. You scale engagement in order to reach a growing community of customers and partners, building the capabilities of the Android Enterprise ecosystems


Your Key Result Areas


• (50%) Responsible for running activities to raise the awareness of the Android Enterprise platform in German & English. This will include activities such as
o Managing events and reviewing content and marketing material in English & German submitted from internal and external teams.
o The role will also include translation/localization of content shared by internal or client teams from English to German.
o Goal of the events and collateral will be for partners and customers to use to help understand/sell the platform.
• (50%) Deploy sales & enablement training for partners on Android Enterprise on how to position and sell the platform.
o Become a subject matter expert on Android Enterprise platform and proactively work with partners to set up training programs and plans to educate their sales & customer teams.
o Partner types include carriers, resellers, device manufacturers (OEMs), and enterprise mobility management (EMM) partners.


Your Qualification


• Excellent German language proficiency, reading, and writing capability - language level C1-C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
• Excellent Speaking, Listening & Writing skills in English to build public facing materials preferred.
• Conversational English capabilities (Including written English) to interact with global stakeholders.
• Experience with building training or marketing collateral for public consumption
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in running enterprise events or training
• Functional knowledge of the Android platform with the ability to explain the platform such as hardware components, operating systems, services and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently present in front of large audiences as well as strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) software solutions (e.g. MobileIron, AirWatch, i3 Systems, Axseed) and mobile application software
• A broad understanding of the typical challenges for mobile device management and data security within customer environments
Preferred Qualifications At least one of
• Bachelor's degree in technology, education, instructional design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience in the field of education
• Degree or Diploma in information technology
• Industry training by technology vendors in relevant fields such as: Networking, Security, Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM), and end user computing

Preferred Experience


• Project management of training program delivery
• Enterprise technology event experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies and events vendors.
• Previous roles in end user computing helpdesk support including the support of mobile devices and applications will be well regarded
• Knowledge of competitive mobility platforms and their use within the enterprise environment A broad understanding of the typical challenges for mobile device management and data security within customer environments
• Be up to date on the current trends in the mobility industry
