Your mission as a Senior Advisory Consultant is to be responsible for building and growing sales in their region, working closely with the Regional Business Development Director to find new clients and expand current revenue. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering on your specific Sales Plan to help meet overall company goals.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow Advisory Consultant, responsible for –
Strategic Services
- Support the Strategic Advisory Lead.
- Be an expert in business transformation and provide direction and recommendations based on industry knowledge and experience.
- Provide industry insight and customer service best practices based on experience.
- Develop and support new advisory service offerings and enhance existing advisory service offerings.
- Guide and support the scoping and writing of advisory proposals.
- Contribute to the advisory services catalog to include templates and documentation for global advisory services that span transformational, operational, and growth aspects of Advisory Services.
ServiceNow Expertise
- Lead discussions on ServiceNow best practices, technical design, and architecture.
- Support technical architecture and development if required, in the ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure technical implementations align with business strategy.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow innovations, releases, and industry trends, advising customers on relevant enhancements.
Advisory & Consulting
- Engage with CIOs, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders to define their ServiceNow vision, business goals, and success criteria.
- Provide strategic guidance on platform governance, implementation roadmaps, and business value realisation.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to ensure ServiceNow investments align with business objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify challenges, opportunities, and process optimisation areas.
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) by working closely with customer teams to drive adoption and success.
Awareness & Culture
- Promote a culture that emphasises value to clients that are rooted in advisory.
- Support the internal advocacy for and promote advisory services as a means of driving value for our clients.
- Participate in the creation of customer success stories.
- Ensure that you are focused on value, growth, and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a mentor to junior consultants, helping them grow in both ServiceNow and advisory capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams.
- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in scoping sessions, proposal development, and customer briefings.
- Identify market trends and new-offering ideas.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, or Architecture.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, and ability to adapt new capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, integrations, and automation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow governance, architecture models, and implementation best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred.
Consulting & Advisory Skills
- Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4, Agile, and other industry frameworks.
- Experience in business case development, ROI analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, training, and stakeholder interviews.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
