The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Salesforce Program Manager to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities
15+ years of experience in Project and Program Management - 10+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce custom applications, specifically experience in migrating legacy on-premise applications into Salesforce Lightning Platform
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis in Finance domain (Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Received etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in leading large enterprise level Salesforce migration project with SAP integration
- Overall Supervision of the program on the basis of its mandate and business cases
- Maintaining the program governance and keeping all the relevant stakeholders on the same page through continuous communication
- Leading the Requirements and scope, Resourcing, Invoicing, Budget, Issues & Risks for the program;
- Resolving cross-squad issues and strategic issues with senior stakeholders;
- Encourage collaboration to ensure knowledge permeates across the different PODs
- Identifying Risks and mitigation plans and keeping track of the risks until closure
- Keeping the program on track by measuring the program’s progress against the organizational strategy and objectives;
- Demonstrating “visible” support to the program and its management team;
- “Leading by example” the transformational change brought about by the program; and
- Confirming successful delivery and signs-off at the program closure.
- Evaluate wave rollout strategy by working with the Architect, WBD stakeholders, Lead BA and provide a plan forward to release in each geography
- Project and Large Complex Program Management
- Hands on Project management in Agile and Waterfall models
- Experience in migrating enterprise level complex legacy on-premise applications into Salesforce Lightning Platform
- Experience in managing Salesforce migration projects with SAP integrations in financial domain (Purchase Orders, Invoices, Good Received etc.)
- Business and IT Stakeholder Management
- Strong Communication and presentation Skills
- Issues and Risk Management
- Salesforce expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform
- Strong understanding about finance domain, specifically in Purchase Orders, Invoices, Good Received etc.
- Experience integrating Salesforce applications with SAP finance system
- Salesforce expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Hands on Salesforce configuration using Salesforce Platform tools like Flow Builder, Salesforce App Builder, Process Builder etc.
- PMP and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

The annual salary for this position is between $121,126 – $212,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
