Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technology Architect with experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and domain experience in Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Coordinate the development and deployment of SAP CRM Web Services to enhance customer relationship management processes.
- Guide in SAP CRM Middleware to ensure efficient data synchronization and communication between systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP solutions to ensure high-quality work.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Fix technical issues related to SAP Mobile Solutions SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and standard processes to continuously improve SAP solutions.
- Document technical specifications and deliver training to end-users and support teams.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.
- Contribute to the company's purpose by developing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Impact society by supporting the energy supply and trading or utilities sectors with advanced SAP technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience including SAP CRM
- Possess extensive experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP.
- Have strong expertise in SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
- Demonstrate domain knowledge in Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and optimization.
- Display strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Have a track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Capable of documenting technical specifications and providing training.
- Have a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Be detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a commitment to contributing to the company's success and societal impact.

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
