We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Rapid Impl Spreadsheets Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle ADF Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP Webservices SOAP Oracle BI Publisher and REST Web Services. The candidate should also have domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation of Oracle Rapid Impl Spreadsheets to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Oracle Integration Cloud to enhance data connectivity and workflow automation.
• Provide expertise in Oracle ADF to develop and maintain custom applications tailored to business needs.
• Utilize Oracle File-Based Data Import to streamline data migration processes and ensure data integrity.
• Implement and support Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to optimize financial and accounting operations.
• Develop and maintain Webservices SOAP interfaces to facilitate secure and reliable data exchange.
• Create and lead reports using Oracle BI Publisher to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Design and implement REST Web Services to support modern scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure all technical solutions implement to industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve system efficiency and user happiness.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Oracle Rapid Impl Spreadsheets Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle ADF.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle File-Based Data Import and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Have extensive experience with Webservices SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Show capability in creating reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Have a proven understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Exhibit experience in the Hi-Tech domain.
• Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
