We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Sr. Consultant
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 12 to 15 years of experience you will leverage your expertise in Networks to drive impactful solutions for our clients
· Lead the design and implementation of complex network solutions to meet client requirements.
· Oversee the analysis and troubleshooting of network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
· Provide expert guidance on network architecture and best practices to clients and internal teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
· Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes.
· Mentor and train junior team members on network technologies and methodologies.
· Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
· Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction with network services.
· Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
· Ensure that all network projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of network processes and procedures.
· Support the sales team with technical expertise during client engagements.
Qualifications
· Possess a strong background in network infrastructure and design.
· Demonstrate proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
· Have experience with network security protocols and best practices.
· Show expertise in configuring and managing network devices such as routers switches and firewalls.
· Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hold a relevant certification such as CCNP or equivalent.
· Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Have a proven track record of successfully managing network projects.
· Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
· Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
· Show a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
Certifications Required
CCNP or equivalent certification in network technologies.
