Job Title: Google Analytics (ONSITE)

Work Location: Austin, TX

Job Summary

We are seeking a lead Data Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience in Google Data Studio Looker and Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio to provide actionable insights.
• Utilize Looker to create and manage data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Implement and manage Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by providing insights that drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. Qualifications
• Possess a strong proficiency in Google Data Studio Looker and Google Analytics.
• Have a solid understanding of the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Show experience in data modeling and database design.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and dashboards.
• Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Possess a strong understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Have experience with agile development methodologies.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until May/20/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $59,850 – $100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
