Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will be instrumental in advancing our bioinformatics projects through cutting-edge AI and ML technologies. Your expertise in MLFlow Airflow and Google Vertex AI will drive innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance machine learning operations and contribute to impactful research in bioinformatics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning models using MLFlow and Airflow to streamline bioinformatics workflows.
  • Collaborate with research teams to integrate generative AI solutions into bioinformatics applications.
  • Utilize Google Vertex AI to enhance the scalability and efficiency of machine learning models.
  • Apply ML Ops practices to ensure robust deployment and monitoring of AI models.
  • Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of machine learning applications.
  • Utilize Terraform for infrastructure automation and management in cloud environments.
  • Employ GIT for version control and collaboration on bioinformatics projects.
  • Apply AI and ML concepts to solve complex problems in the bioinformatics domain.
  • Conduct research and development to advance the application of artificial intelligence in bioinformatics.
  • Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance and accuracy in bioinformatics data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers in AI and ML projects.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by advancing bioinformatics research and improving healthcare outcomes. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in MLFlow Airflow and Google Vertex AI for developing scalable AI solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ML Ops practices for effective deployment and monitoring of models.
  • Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes for efficient containerization and orchestration.
  • Show capability in using Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
  • Exhibit proficiency in GIT for collaborative development and version control.
  • Have a solid understanding of AI and ML concepts applicable to bioinformatics.
  • Possess domain expertise in bioinformatics to drive impactful research and solutions.
