Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP BTP IS Integration SAP BTP Administration and SAP BTP. This role requires expertise in Finance & Accounting and Research and Development domains. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP BTP IS Integration solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Oversee the administration and management of SAP BTP to optimize performance and reliability.Provide technical expertise in SAP BTP to support various business functions and processes.Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to develop and implement efficient financial systems and processes.Support Research and Development initiatives by integrating SAP solutions to enhance innovation and productivity.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SAP-related projects.Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP implementations and configurations.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address system improvements.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align SAP solutions with business goals.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve system capabilities.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP IS-U Integration demonstrating a deep understanding of integration processes and techniques.Have a strong background in SAP BTP Administration with proven ability to manage and optimize SAP BTP environments.Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BTP showcasing the ability to leverage its features for business benefits.Exhibit expertise in Finance & Accounting with a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.Show experience in Research and Development with the ability to integrate SAP solutions to support innovation.Hold a relevant certification in SAP IS-U or SAP BTP to validate technical skills.Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Exhibit strong project management skills to lead and oversee SAP-related projects from inception to completion.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system improvements and optimizations.Display a customer-centric mindset ensuring that SAP solutions meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
