Summary:

L2 Storage Administrator who can set up, configure and manage storage systems

On A Day-to-Day, You Will See Yourself Responsible For:

• Set up and manage storage systems.
• Track storage usage and plan for capacity upgrades and expansions.
• Optimize Performance: Tune and configure storage systems to improve
• Implement and oversee backup solutions and data recovery processes.
• Apply security measures to protect data from unauthorized access and breaches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related performance and hardware issues.
• Oversee Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration projects with minimal disruption.
• Providing level two SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
• Maintain Documentation: Document storage configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Monitors, escalates, and re-mediate NAS & SAN device/application {access, performance, events} alerts to identify/ potential incidents
• Support storage requirements for applications, servers, and virtual environments.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.

· Skills / Experience
