Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience in Java 11 Microservices Spring Boot REST Web Services Spring MVC and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Java-based applications using Java 11 Microservices Spring Boot REST Web Services Spring MVC and Core Java.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of software testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Java 11 Microservices Spring Boot REST Web Services Spring MVC and Core Java.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show experience in the SWIFT domain is a plus.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Have experience with Agile development methodologies.
