Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head with 16 to 20 years of experience in Automation and Generative AI specifically within the Telecom and Networks domain. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex projects within the Telecom and Networks domain ensuring they meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of Automation and Generative AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in project management leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation teamwork and professional growth.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Automation and Generative AI with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Should possess deep domain knowledge in Telecom and Networks understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong client relationships.
  • Must be proficient in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Should have a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Should have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

    • Certifications Required

    PMP or PRINCE2 certification Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Telecom Management Certification.
