As a xPression Sr. Analyst you will make an impact by owning the development and implementation of xPression solutions to meet business requirements. YYou will be a valued member of the team and collaborate closely with collaborators and teams.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate the maintenance and improvement of existing xPression applications.
- Provide technical expertise and support for xPression-related projects.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of xPression solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of xPression applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Fix and resolve technical issues related to xPression applications.
- Document technical processes and procedures for xPression solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest xPression technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in xPression-related tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Support the implementation of standard methodologies in xPression development and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Must have extensive experience in xPression development and implementation.
- Should have a solid grasp of Group Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
