Role
Lead the design, development, and implementation of clients’ digital transformation strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, social commerce, and digital marketing principles. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage cutting-edge technologies to build scalable, high-performing, and customer-centric digital platforms solution.
Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Architecture: Design and architect robust e-commerce platforms, including B2B2C and direct-to-consumer models. Oversee the development of core functionalities such as product catalog management, order processing, payment gateways, inventory management, and logistics.
Social Commerce System Development: Build social commerce platforms integrating social sharing, viral marketing, and community features. Create user relationship graphs to enable personalized marketing and recommendations.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Marketing Automation (MA) tools. Create personalized customer journeys and automate marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis and Application: Utilize CDP to consolidate customer data and create detailed customer profiles. Leverage data analytics tools to uncover insights and optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
Technical Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Requirements
§ Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
§ Career: Proven career path in large-scale company as solution architect, preferred experience in tier 1 technology consulting company
§ Experience: 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in architecting e-commerce or social commerce platforms.
§ Technical Skills: Proficient in Java, Python, or similar programming languages. Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and other frameworks. Deeply understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker). Deep understanding of e-commerce technology stacks, including payment gateways, messaging queues, and caching technologies. Proficiency in microservices architecture and distributed systems design. Familiarity with CDP, MA platforms, and data analysis tools.
§ Business Skills: Strong understanding of B2B2C, direct-to-consumer, and social commerce business models. Experience with supply chain management, inventory management, and logistics. Proficiency in user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and other marketing techniques.
§ Other: Excellent English communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
§ Experience with Omnichannel large-scale e-commerce platform implementations.
§ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
§ Experience with China cyber security law
§ Familiar with the AI Coding Tools
