Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience specializing in FileNet Administration and possessing domain expertise in Cards and Payments. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of our systems ensuring seamless operations and enhancing our services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain FileNet applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the administration and configuration of FileNet systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FileNet solutions with other systems.
- Implement best practices for FileNet administration to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for FileNet configurations processes and procedures.
