Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management as Sr SAM Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure technology assets. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts ensuring our systems are always running smoothly. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our technology assets contributing to the overall success of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure technology assets to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SW asset management systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of technology assets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for asset lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new assets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of technology assets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure technology.
  • Provide training and support to team members on asset management best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for asset management.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure assets.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in asset management with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing and optimizing technology assets.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support.
  • Have experience in conducting audits and assessments of technology assets.
  • Exhibit knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Show dedication to maintaining high availability and reliability of assets.
