We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer Technical Lead with 9 to 11 years of experience in Core Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work in a hybrid model. This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Java applications to meet business requirements.
• Be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring standard methodologies are adhered to.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews and implementing automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the company's overall technical strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Core Java with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Demonstrate experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Have a solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in automated testing and code review processes.
• Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
