Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva Configuration Veeva Vault for Promomats Veeva Core and Veeva Vault Platform. Experience in ASSETSERV is a plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

 Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company objectives.

 Oversee project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.

 Provide expertise in Veeva Configuration ensuring optimal setup and customization.

 Manage Veeva Vault for Promomats to streamline promotional material management.

 Utilize Veeva Core to maintain and enhance core functionalities for project needs.

 Leverage Veeva Vault Platform to ensure seamless integration and data management.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

 Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

 Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project transparency and alignment.

 Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

 Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.

 Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive project success.

Qualifications

 Possess strong experience in Veeva Configuration ensuring efficient project execution.

 Demonstrate expertise in Veeva Vault for Promomats to manage promotional materials effectively.

 Have a solid understanding of Veeva Core to support core project functionalities.

 Show proficiency in Veeva Vault Platform for seamless data management and integration.

 Experience in ASSETSERV is a nice to have adding value to the project management process.

 Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

 Display strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address project challenges.

 Have a proven track record of managing projects within the specified experience range.

 Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage day shift operations.

 Show commitment to maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple project components effectively.

 Exhibit the ability to provide clear and concise project updates to senior management.
