Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Project Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and preferably experience in the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of SAP EWM projects.
• Oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Manage project budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Medical Devices domain.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP EWM functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on SAP EWM.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Experience in the Medical Devices domain is considered a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Display proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
