Business Solution Architect

Job Summary

The Business Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with business objectives. With a focus on Engageone, CCM Generic, Metering Management, and Field Service Management, the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms.

The role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex requirements into actionable plans, contributing to the company growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage CCM Generic expertise
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and implement solutions that enhance Metering Management processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure seamless integration of Field Service Management systems to optimize service delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives
• Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into solution design
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance solution offerings and drive innovation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Prepare detailed documentation of solution architectures and implementation plans
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
• Preferred coding and implementation support of print stream technologies using EngageOne platform with strong hand on & knowledge on below skills:
  • EngageOne Designer, Server, Vault
  • EngageOne Deliver and Digital communications (E-mail generation & management)
  • Knowledge in EngageOne Interactive application
  • Good knowledge in JAVA API’s and WebServices
  • Basic knowledge in PCE scripting & Linux scripting
