We are looking for a Front End Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next JS and Vue JS with expertise in UX/UI design and accessibility. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing. Role can be done remotely from Lithuania.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Vue JS and Next JS
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across various devices and platforms
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to help them grow their skills
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
- Ensure the security and integrity of web applications by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Possess a strong background in UI UX design principles and best practices
- Strong expertise in frameworks like Next.js and Vue, and extensive experience in building scalable, performant web applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
