Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert in P2P with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable and a good understanding of Merchandising Finance and Accounting. This role will involve providing expert guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective P2P processes contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on P2P processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline P2P workflows.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for P2P operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to P2P processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on P2P processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of P2P documentation and procedures.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure all necessary documentation is available.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the P2P function.
  • Support the integration of new systems and technologies into the P2P process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Accounts Payable with 1 to 4 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Merchandising Finance and Accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in using P2P and Accounts Payable systems and software.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Have experience in conducting training sessions and developing documentation.
  • Display a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Certifications Required

    CERTIFIED ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROFESSIONAL (CAPP) OR EQUIVALENT CERTIFICATION.
