Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - Projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kronos Dimensions specifically Timekeeper Accruals and Attestation. This role requires a strong background in IT Security and IT business support. The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of our workforce management solutions ensuring they meet the highest standards of security and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Kronos Dimensions modules including Timekeeper Accruals and Attestation to ensure accurate and efficient workforce management.
  • Implement IT security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide IT business support to address and resolve technical issues related to Kronos Dimensions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kronos Dimensions with other systems enhancing overall functionality.
  • Utilize Kronos Workforce Analytics to generate insightful reports that aid in decision-making processes.
  • Apply PL/SQL and Java skills to customize and optimize Kronos Dimensions functionalities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of advanced scheduling forecasting and attendance modules within Kronos Dimensions.
  • Support the integration of Kronos Dimensions with DellBoomi to streamline data flow and improve system interoperability.
  • Participate in the design and development of mobile solutions for Kronos Dimensions to enhance user accessibility and experience.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure the integrity and security of Kronos Dimensions data.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Kronos Dimensions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in workforce management and IT security to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Document all development and support activities to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Kronos Dimensions - Timekeeper Accruals and Attestation.
  • Have a solid understanding of IT security principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate experience in IT business support addressing and resolving technical issues.
  • Nice to have experience with Kronos Workforce Analytics PL/SQL Java and other Kronos Dimensions modules such as Attendance Advanced Scheduling Forecasting Activities and Mobility.
  • Experience with DellBoom
