OneTrust Analyst

To augment our Enterprise European Delivery, we are looking for a OneTrust Analyst to join our team working with international projects.
Our Clients are leading players in the Nordic markets for Pensions, Life - and Health Insurance, Banking and Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop privacy processes in preparation for set-up on the OneTrust tool:
    • Records of Processing
    • Data Protection Impact Assessment
    • Customer Rights (Right of Access, Right to Rectification, Right of Erasure etc.)
    • Cookie website compliance
    • Incident response process
    • Transparency Notices
    • Universal Consent & Preference Centre
  • Configure the OneTrust tool modules for one or more of the above processes
  • Support the preparation of RoPA migration from Legacy systems to OneTrust
  • Support the development of test approach and testing of the solution in OneTrust
  • Work closely with client for requirements capture and sign-offs
  • Provide Best Practice and experience from other engagements
  • Translate the flow of personal data following the privacy based upon enterprise's business processes and IT systems
Experience Required:
  • OneTrust,
  • Data Experience & Integrations,
  • Understanding/Appreciation of GDPR/CCPA/CRPA Privacy processes
  • Process flow definition and documentation experience ideally
  • Good communicator / client facing
  • Attention to detail / accurate work
  • Organised, time-management of tasks
  • CIPP/E/US preferred
  • Proven comprehensive data analyst experience across the key software stacks and typical enterprise architectures (both B2C and B2B), including large multinational organizations with complex multi-site, multi-country, multi-technology IT landscapes
  • Knowledge of the PRIVACY and how it translates to product / technical functionality
  • Experience using Data Discovery tools such as Cognizant's DataScan and commercial tools.
  • Good knowledge of vendor offerings in the market in PRIVACY and data management/security
  • Experienced knowledge of key software stacks, databases, data management, data security, APIs, applications
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification
