TOSCA Test Manager

Location: New York, NY

Required Skills

Over 10+ years of extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

Proven experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including web-based, desktop application, and API testing

TOSCA, Automation, Testing Tools , ARIS Connect

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Testing Efforts - Oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing activities using Tricentis TOSCA.

Develop and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks

Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by leading the testing team

Test Strategy and Planning - Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives

Create detailed test plans, including scope, approach, resources, and schedule

Automation Development- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing

Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing

Test Design & Automation – Creating and maintaining of Test cases using tosca model-based testing approach.

Scripting in TOSCA – Writing and optimizing automation scripts within the tosca framework to ensure accurate and efficient test execution.

Test Execution – Running automated tests and analyzing results to identify and report any issues / defects.

Integration with CI/CD – Experience in integrating TOSCA into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for seamless testing in agile and Dev ops environments.

Reporting & Analytics – Using TOSCA reporting and analytics features to generate insights from test results and contribute to continuous improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/25/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between [$71,100– $112,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
