Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys mission forward. The shift is day and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management to optimize project and resource management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows scripts and customizations to enhance platform functionality.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow configuration and development to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new ServiceNow modules and features to enhance the platforms capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ServiceNow governance and compliance policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and practices to drive operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains current and competitive.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM modules.
  • Have experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Show proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Be familiar with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Show a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified ServiceNow System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one ServiceNow module.
